½ oz vodka splash of Triple Sec ½ oz gin splash of lime juice
½ oz rum splash of coke ½ oz tequila lemon slice Pour all but the coke into a tall glass w/ice. Stir gently. Add splash of coke, squeeze lemon and drop slice into glass, serve. Makes 1
drink. MATADOR 2 oz tequila 3 oz pineapple juice
3 oz lime juice Start w/2 cups of ice in blender. Pour in liquor. Add juices, blend 15 30 seconds. Serve. Makes 1 drink ANTI-FREEZE 4 oz dark rum 3 oz melon liqueur
3 oz pineapple juice 2 oz lemon juice 3 Tbs sugar Start w/2 cups of ice in blender. Pour in liquor and liqueur. Add juices and sugar. Blend 15 30 seconds. Serve. Makes 2 drinks. PINA COLADA 2 oz light rum 2 oz coconut cream
4 oz pineapple juice ½ slice pineapple Start w/2 cups of ice in blender. Pour in liquor, cream and juice. Blend 15 30 seconds. Garnish w/pineapple slice. Serve. Makes 2 drinks.
